π User Guide
Welcome to Yuki. Yuki is an AI Assistant that runs in the background of your life. It handles the boring "Admin Work"βtracking expenses, organizing trips, and filtering emailsβso you can focus on living.
You don't work for Yuki. Yuki works for you. You shouldn't have to manually enter data. Just connect your accounts, and let Yuki build your dashboard automatically.
π Getting Startedβ
1. Connect Your "Digital Brain"β
To work its magic, Yuki needs to see where your life happens.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Connect your primary Gmail or Outlook account.
- (Optional) Connect your Calendar for the Day Organizer.
Privacy Note: Yuki uses "Restricted Read-Only Access." We can read receipts to organize them, but we cannot send emails as you or delete your data without permission.
π‘ Key Featuresβ
1. The Day Organizerβ
Your new home screen. It doesn't just show a calendar; it shows your day.
- Events: Meetings and appointments.
- Reminders: Tasks pulled from your email (e.g., "Pay electricity bill").
- Birthdays: Never forget a friend's special day again.
2. Autonomous Financeβ
Stop typing expense reports.
- How it works: When you buy something online or get a digital receipt (Uber, Amazon, Coffee Shop), Yuki instantly adds it to your ledger.
- Multi-Currency: Traveling in Japan? Yuki detects the Yen amount and automatically converts it to Dollars/Euros in your report.
- Subscription Hunter: Yuki watches for monthly patterns. If it sees a Netflix charge you haven't used in months, it will nudge you to cancel.
3. Focus Inboxβ
Yuki reads your email so you don't have to.
- Noise Filter: Newsletters, spam, and marketing blasts are hidden.
- Action Items: Only important emails (from real humans or urgent alerts) appear in your "Focus" tab, often with a 1-sentence AI summary.
π‘οΈ Privacy & Securityβ
We built Yuki because we didn't trust other companies with our data. Here is our promise:
- No Training: We do not train our AI models on your personal emails or financial data.
- Data Minimization: We extract the facts (e.g., "$15 at Starbucks") and discard the raw email immediately.
- The "Kill Switch": If you decide to leave, go to Settings > Delete Account. We use a cryptographic "shredding" process to instantly wipe your data from our servers. It is not "deactivated"βit is gone.
β Frequently Asked Questionsβ
Q: Yuki got a transaction amount wrong. Why? A: Yuki uses AI to "read" receipts, and sometimes complex layouts confuse it. You can tap any transaction to edit it. Your corrections teach your local version of Yuki to get it right next time.
Q: Can I add cash transactions? A: Yes! Tap the "+" button on the Finance tab to quickly log cash spends.
Q: Will Yuki reply to emails for me? A: Not yet. Currently, Yuki drafts suggested replies, but you must always press "Send." We believe in keeping a human in the loop.
